Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: September 2026

By enrolling in the All You Need Method Membership (“Membership”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility & Individual Access

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.

Membership is for one individual only. Your login credentials and Membership access may not be shared, transferred, sublicensed, or provided to any third party.

2. Membership Fees & Payment

Membership fees and available payment options are displayed at the time of enrollment and must be paid in accordance with the payment option selected at checkout.

Members may enroll on a monthly subscription or an annual pay-in-full subscription, as available at checkout.

Monthly Membership fees are charged each month until canceled. Annual Membership fees are charged in full at the beginning of each annual Membership term.

All payments are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If any payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or charged back, Company reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to the Membership, including Membership Materials, recordings, resources, community features, and live sessions.

Future Pricing

Company reserves the right to modify Membership pricing, payment options, and promotional offers. Any pricing changes will apply as communicated by Company and subject to applicable law.

3. No-Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Membership, immediate access to Membership Materials and community features, and access to live programming, all sales are final except where otherwise required by applicable law.

No refunds will be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Failure to utilize Membership materials, resources, or programming
  • Dissatisfaction
  • Scheduling conflicts or inability to attend live sessions
  • Change in personal or business circumstances
  • Cancellation before the end of a paid Membership period

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

4. Membership Term, Cancellation & Automatic Renewal

Monthly Memberships automatically renew each month until canceled. Members may cancel at any time before their next billing date. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not provide a refund for amounts already paid.

Annual Memberships automatically renew for an additional twelve (12) month term unless canceled before the applicable renewal date.

Cancellation does not terminate access immediately. Members will retain access through the end of the period for which they have already paid, unless access is suspended or terminated under these Terms.

Members may cancel future renewals through their account settings or by contacting Company at hello@allyouneedmethod.com before the applicable renewal date.

Renewal and subscription payments are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.

5. License & Intellectual Property

Upon purchase, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use Membership Materials solely for your personal and internal business use.

The license granted under these Terms remains valid only while your Membership is active and your account remains in good standing. Upon termination, expiration, or suspension of Membership access, this license immediately terminates.

Membership content may include, but is not limited to:

  • Live conversations and sessions
  • Working Sesh sessions
  • Planning sessions
  • Guest expert conversations and materials
  • Community discussions
  • Resource library content
  • Templates
  • Worksheets and checklists

Collectively, these materials are referred to as “Membership Materials” and are the intellectual property of All You Need Method, LLC or, where applicable, their respective third-party owners.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or distribute Membership Materials
  • Share login credentials or Membership access

  • Create or distribute derivative works based substantially on Membership Materials
  • Train artificial intelligence systems using Membership Materials
  • Record, redistribute, publish, or publicly share live sessions, recordings, community discussions, or other Membership Materials without authorization

Unauthorized use may result in immediate suspension or termination of Membership access and may result in legal action.

6. Membership Programming & Changes

Company may modify, substitute, update, reschedule, or discontinue aspects of the Membership from time to time, including but not limited to:

  • Guest experts or speakers
  • Live conversations, sessions, events, topics, or programming
  • Working Sesh sessions
  • Planning sessions
  • Session dates or schedules
  • Delivery formats or platforms
  • Community features
  • Membership resources and library content

Membership programming and resources may evolve based on the needs of the community and the Company's discretion.

Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund except where otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Confidentiality & Member Privacy

You agree to respect and maintain the confidentiality of non-public information shared by Company, guest experts, and other Membership participants.

You may not disclose, share, reproduce, distribute, or publicly discuss confidential business information, personal information, strategies, conversations, or other non-public information obtained through the Membership without permission from the individual or entity that shared it.

Information shared by other Members in the Community Chat, live sessions, Working Sesh sessions, planning sessions, or other Membership spaces should be treated as confidential unless otherwise indicated.

8. Community Standards & Member Conduct

The Membership is intended to provide a supportive, constructive, professional, and collaborative environment for Members.

Members are expected to interact respectfully with Company representatives, guest experts, and fellow Members and to participate in a manner consistent with that environment.

Members may not engage in conduct including, but not limited to:

  • Inappropriate or excessive solicitation or self-promotion
  • Unauthorized use of Member contact information
  • Sharing another Member's confidential or proprietary information
  • Conduct that materially interferes with another Member's ability to participate in or benefit from the Membership
  • Conduct that materially disrupts or negatively affects the Membership community or its operation

Company reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to address conduct that is disruptive, harmful, inappropriate, inconsistent with these Community Standards, or otherwise materially detrimental to the Membership community or its Members.

Depending on the circumstances, Company may provide a warning or opportunity to correct the conduct before suspending or terminating Membership access. Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately when Company reasonably determines that immediate action is appropriate.

If Membership is terminated due to a violation of these Terms or Community Standards, no refund will be provided except where otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Member Participation, Contributions & Recordings

Members retain ownership of materials and information they share within the Membership.

By participating in community discussions, live sessions, Working Sesh sessions, planning sessions, or other interactive Membership programming, you understand that your name, image, voice, questions, comments, or other contributions may be visible or audible to other Membership participants.

Certain Membership sessions may be recorded and made available to current Members as part of the Membership library or resources. When applicable, Company may notify participants that a session is being recorded.

Members may not independently record, reproduce, publish, distribute, or publicly share Membership sessions or other Members' contributions without authorization.

Company will not publicly use a Member's confidential business information or testimonial for promotional purposes without permission.

10. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have a question or concern regarding a Membership charge, please contact Company at hello@allyouneedmethod.com so that Company has an opportunity to address the issue.

If a chargeback or payment dispute occurs, Company reserves the right, as permitted by applicable law, to:

  • Suspend or revoke Membership access
  • Pursue recovery of amounts properly owed
  • Recover applicable fees, costs, or expenses incurred in responding to an improper payment dispute

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

11. Suspension & Termination

Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate Membership access for violation of these Terms, including but not limited to violation of the Community Standards, misuse of Membership Materials, non-payment, or other conduct that materially interferes with the operation, integrity, safety, or experience of the Membership.

Company may determine, in its reasonable discretion and based on the circumstances, whether a warning, suspension, or termination is appropriate.

No refund will be issued when Membership is terminated due to a Member's violation of these Terms, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Membership is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, medical, or other professional advice.

Company makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding specific results, including but not limited to media placements, partnerships, audience growth, sales, revenue, publicity, business opportunities, or other business outcomes.

Individual results depend on numerous factors beyond Company's control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to participation in the Membership.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Company's total liability arising out of or relating to the Membership shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Company for the Membership during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Changes to Terms

Material changes will be communicated to Members as appropriate and will take effect in accordance with applicable law.
