AYN Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Eligibility
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the annual membership program. 1.2 Membership is non-transferable and intended for individual use only.
2. Membership Fees
2.1 The annual membership fee is $228, payable upon enrollment, or in 12 monthly installments of $19 per month which are [insert if they are billed or if auto-charged]. 2.2 Membership fees are non-refundable.
3. Membership Term
3.1 The membership term is one year from the date of enrollment. 3.2 Membership does not automatically renew each year.
4. Changes to Membership Terms
4.1 All You Need Method reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. 4.2 Members will be notified of significant changes via email or our website. 4.3 Continued use of the membership after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
5. Termination of Membership
5.1 All You Need Method reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms or applicable laws. 5.2 In the event of termination by All You Need Method, depending on the reason you may be eligible for a prorated refund of the membership fee.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 All You Need Method will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your membership. 6.2 The total liability of All You Need Method for any claim shall not exceed the annual membership fee (or any portion thereof) paid.
7. Governing Law
7.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Prices Policy
The Company reserves the right to revise prices at any time before accepting an Order. Prices may be revised after accepting an Order in the event of occurrences affecting delivery costs beyond the Company's control.
Payments
By purchasing the membership, you commit to the full payment of $228 upfront or 12 monthly payments of $19. Payment can be made through various methods, subject to validation checks by Your card issuer. If authorization is not received, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Promotions
Promotions offered through the Service are governed by separate rules. If You participate in any Promotions, review the applicable rules. If there is a conflict, the Promotion rules apply.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content are the exclusive property of the Company and, as applicable, its licensors, protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Your Feedback to Us
You assign all rights in any Feedback You provide to the Company. If the assignment is ineffective, You grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such Feedback.
