All You Need Method Membership

Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the All You Need Method Membership (“Membership”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility & Individual Access

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.

Membership is for one individual only. Your login credentials and access may not be shared, transferred, sublicensed, or provided to any third party.

2. Membership Fees & Payment

The Membership fee is $297 USD annually, payable either:

  • In full at checkout, or

  • In two (2) equal payments of $148.50 USD

If you select the two-payment option, you agree to complete both payments. Failure to complete the second payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

All payments are non-refundable.

If payment is declined, reversed, or disputed, Company may revoke access immediately.

Future Pricing

Company reserves the right to modify Membership pricing at any time.

Any pricing changes will apply only to new enrollments or future renewals and will not affect members who have already completed payment for their current Membership term.

3. No-Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Membership and immediate access to proprietary materials, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to utilize membership materials

  • Dissatisfaction

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Change in business circumstances

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

4. Membership Term

Membership access is valid for one (1) year (365 days), from the date of enrollment.

Membership does not automatically renew unless otherwise stated at checkout.

5. License & Intellectual Property

Upon purchase, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use Membership materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

All Membership content, including but not limited to:

  • Trainings

  • Templates

  • Worksheets

  • Frameworks

  • Media lists

  • Recordings

  • Downloads

  • Written materials

  • Strategies

(collectively, “Membership Materials”) are the exclusive intellectual property of All You Need Method, LLC.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or distribute Membership Materials

  • Share login credentials

  • Upload materials to file-sharing platforms

  • Provide access to third parties

  • Use materials to create a competing program

  • Create derivative works

  • Train artificial intelligence systems using the materials

  • Record or redistribute live sessions

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination and legal action.

6. Program & Content Changes

Company reserves the right to modify, substitute, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Membership at its discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Guest experts or speakers

  • Curriculum or lesson topics

  • Live session schedules

  • Delivery format

Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

7. Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose or share any non-public information, strategies, or discussions shared within the Membership community.

8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute.

If a chargeback occurs, Company reserves the right to:

  • Revoke access immediately

  • Pursue recovery of funds

  • Recover associated fees and costs

9. Termination

Company reserves the right to terminate your Membership access if you violate these Terms.

No refunds will be issued upon termination due to violation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation.

Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Membership.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will supersede all prior versions.
