All You Need Membership
Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the All You Need Method Membership (“Membership”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility & Individual Access
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.
Membership is for one individual only. Your login credentials and access may not be shared, transferred, sublicensed, or provided to any third party.
2. Membership Fees & Payment
Membership fees are displayed at the time of enrollment and must be paid in accordance with the payment option selected at checkout.
If you select a payment plan, you are committing to the full Membership term and remain responsible for all scheduled payments associated with that term. Early cancellation of your Membership does not release you from your obligation to complete any remaining payments.
Failure to complete any scheduled payment may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the Membership, including all Membership Materials, recordings, resources, community features, and live sessions, until the account is brought current.
All payments are non-refundable.
If any payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or charged back, Company reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to the Membership immediately.
Future Pricing
Company reserves the right to modify Membership pricing, payment options, and promotional offers at any time.
Any pricing changes will apply to future enrollments, renewals, and subscription terms.
3. No-Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Membership and immediate access to proprietary materials, all sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
* Failure to utilize Membership materials
* Dissatisfaction
* Scheduling conflicts
* Change in business circumstances
* Cancellation before the end of a Membership term
By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
4. Membership Term & Automatic Renewal
Membership access is granted for a twelve (12) month Membership term. For new Members, the Membership term generally begins on the date of enrollment. For renewing Members, the Membership term may begin immediately following the expiration of the Member's current term.
Members who purchase the annual pay-in-full Membership are enrolled in an annual subscription. Unless canceled prior to the renewal date, the Membership will automatically renew for an additional twelve (12) month term at the then-current Membership rate using the payment method on file.
Members who purchase a payment plan are committing to the full Membership term through all scheduled payments. Payment plan Memberships do not automatically renew and will expire at the end of the Membership term unless renewed by the Member.
Renewal and subscription payments are non-refundable.
Members may cancel future subscription renewals at any time through their account settings or by contacting Company at hello@allyouneedmethod.com prior to the renewal date. Cancellation will prevent future renewal charges but will not affect access during the current Membership term.
5. License & Intellectual Property
Upon purchase, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use Membership materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
The license granted under these Terms remains valid only while your Membership is active and your account remains in good standing. Upon termination, expiration, or suspension of access due to non-payment, this license immediately terminates.
All Membership content, including but not limited to:
* Trainings
* Templates
* Worksheets
* Frameworks
* Media lists
* Recordings
* Downloads
* Written materials
* Strategies
(collectively, “Membership Materials”) are the exclusive intellectual property of All You Need Method, LLC.
You may not:
* Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or distribute Membership Materials
* Share login credentials
* Upload materials to file-sharing platforms
* Provide access to third parties
* Use materials to create a competing program or service
* Create derivative works based on Membership Materials
* Train artificial intelligence systems using Membership Materials
* Record, redistribute, or publicly share live sessions or recordings
Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
6. Program & Content Changes
Company reserves the right to modify, substitute, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Membership at its discretion, including but not limited to:
* Guest experts or speakers
* Curriculum or lesson topics
* Live session schedules
* Delivery format
* Community features
* Membership resources
Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
7. Confidentiality
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information shared by the Company and other Membership participants.
You agree not to disclose, share, reproduce, or distribute confidential discussions, strategies, materials, recordings, or member information obtained through the Membership.
8. Community Standards
Members are expected to interact respectfully with Company representatives and fellow members. Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate Membership access, without refund, for harassment, abusive behavior, solicitation of members, sharing confidential information, or conduct that disrupts the Membership experience.
9. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Company to attempt resolution.
If a chargeback or payment dispute occurs, Company reserves the right to:
* Revoke access immediately
* Pursue recovery of funds
* Recover associated fees, costs, and expenses incurred in responding to the dispute
10. Termination
Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Membership access at any time if you violate these Terms & Conditions.
No refunds will be issued upon termination resulting from a violation of these Terms.
11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Membership is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Company makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding specific results, including but not limited to media placements, partnerships, audience growth, sales, revenue, publicity, or business outcomes. Individual results depend on numerous factors beyond Company's control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your participation in the Membership.
Company's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Membership during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
Company reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The most current version will supersede all prior versions. Continued participation in the Membership following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
