Week of January 12th: Kick off 1:1 calls with Carla & Kathryn

Week of January 19th
2026 goal setting and deep dive into where your business is right now and where you want it be by December 2026

Week of January 26th
Audit and refinement of your brand’s online presence, positioning and messaging + IG bio audit

Week of February 2nd
Review what you have coming up this year and identify opportunities to grow your business through content, press and partnerships 

Week of February 9th
Get a final PR plan in place - identify key target outlets and partners, create content series ideas and get clarity on where to focus your social media/marketing efforts, and map out what assets/pitch materials you need 

Week of February 16th: 1:1 calls to review final PR plan with Carla and Kathryn
